We developed a robust and scalable web application using Next.js, leveraging server-side rendering (SSR) for fast load times, improved SEO, and secure dynamic data handling. The app connects directly to a Microsoft SQL Server database that stores and updates tracking information in real time.
The platform provided the client and their customers with end-to-end visibility of the delivery process. Support for both custom tracking IDs and major carriers helped centralize tracking in one place. Mobile-optimized design improved user engagement and reduced support requests from customers needing shipment updates and the use of Next.js SSR ensured high performance and excellent SEO for better discoverability
Our solution turned a fragmented tracking process into a streamlined, transparent experience for both the client and their end customers. By combining custom logistics data with third-party carrier tracking in one modern web application, the client now offers a professional, reliable, and scalable platform that enhances customer trust and operational efficiency.
